Strato is a small, locally owned business founded by Marina, who is passionate about bringing the taste and charm of Europe to Liberty Center. Inspired by the Italian word strato, meaning “layers,” the name reflects the many layers of delight found in every pastry, coffee, and experience we offer. Marina thoughtfully curates a menu of artisanal European treats and Lavazza coffee, creating a space where guests can relax, connect, and savor the rich flavors of Europe. As a proud local resident, Marina is also deeply committed to her community. She regularly partners with local high schools and colleges, offering students opportunities through internships and projects that help them grow in their career paths. Her dedication to mentorship and community engagement is a core part of Strato’s mission. Now joined by her son Nicolas, Strato is a true family endeavor—rooted in passion, tradition, and a vision for the future. Strato embodies artisanal European delights in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
